About Ride On Cannon Foundation
The Ride on Cannon Foundation is a community-driven nonprofit dedicated to lifting up children and families in need. Founded with a mission to ensure no child goes without the essentials, we provide free bicycles, backpacks, clothing, shoes, and year-round support for families facing hardship.
Every year the foundation proudly sponsors hundreds of children during Christmas, Thanksgiving, Back to School Support, and our Annual Easter Eggstravaganza-an event that has become a beloved tradition. From holiday meals to school supplies to thousands of toys and hundred bikes, our programs out designed to meet real needs while bringing smiles to the children we serve.
At Ride on Cannon, we believe that support comes in many forms: generosity, partnership, and the simple act of showing up for one another. Thanks to our volunteers, donors, and community partners, we are able to make an impact that last far beyond a season.

Meet the Founder
Teresa Welch started Ride On Cannon Foundation after hearing of the tragic shooting of Cannon Hinnant, a five year old boy who was shot riding his bicycle.
